Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided.


Missing or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim. 


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
